About

img_6896My name is Halley Rossler.  I’m the creator of the Halley Rossler Blog and the face behind @Faithfoily_Devoted and Frankful Droppers.  I am a blessed wife to one of the best humans on this earth and soon to be adoptive mom to two little boys who have changed my life forever.  We have a sweet little adopted dachshund who we named L.J. after both of our boys.  I am an early childhood special education teacher who is now a special education coordinator for a school district in Oklahoma for Prek – 12th Grade.

My husband Paul and I were married 4 years ago July 3, 2013 at a surprise beach wedding on Pensacola Beach after only knowing each other for 3 months (I will share more about that in a later post). A year later we started talking about how we would like to move forward with adoption. We started our home study for adoption in October 2014 and received our notice that it was complete and we are ready to adopt on December 31, 2014.  Happy New Year celebrations were in place with that great news.

On January 23, 2015 we were granted guardianship of our nephews.  I was reminded very quickly that His plan are not our plans and His plans are always perfect. God was  in all of the details when we become a family overnight.  We adopted our little dog L.J. on Thursday, January 22 and we were granted guardianship of our boys on Friday, January 23rd.  To say it was life changing is an understatement.

I have had a nudge in my heart to start a blog for a couple of years but I never knew where to begin.  I am still trying to figure out the details and how it all works, but I have decided that I have too much in my heart to share and I have to get started.  I believe that my 17 year career as an educator, my passion for kids, my heart for children who have experienced trauma, my life as a working mom to two little boys, my own struggles with anxiety,  my heart for Young Living, and my love for Christ has led me to this exact place in life.  I want to use my knowledge and my own life experiences to help others.

I want this space to be a place of inspiration, education, and resources for everyone who may be walking a similar road or having a similar experience in life as myself and/or my family.  I want to share our stories and how we have grown as a family and the tools we used to get this place.  I want to share my passion and love for Young Living and our journey as a family learning how to treat our bodies as a temple with the products we use in and on our bodies and the food we eat.

I hope you enjoy this site.  If you have questions and/or you want to join my Frankful community, please fee free to contact me, email me, or send me a private message.

Wishing you love and happiness today and everyday.
